MAXIMISING YOUR HARDWORK 1

Success and everything that comes with it is predicated on two dimensions of Diligence:

The first dimension is Hard work but the second dimension is even more work than the first...I call it "Passive" Work.

Passive work is that effort required to sustain the belief in the existence of an outcome long before its physical manifestation.

When you work hard, you are not trying to make it...No! You have made it already. What you claim to be seeking is already in your possession.

So, why then do we work? We are working so as to GROW into it. The Child of a King has everything already but because he is still a child, he can't drive the Bentley. It is not because the Bentley isn't in the Palace but he hasn't grown enough to earn its availability.
The more certain you are about what you are supposedly seeking, the more determined you will be to GROW-UP (giving it all it takes) to earn its availability to you.

Those who give up aren't certain enough, they have a poor Passive work ethic.

Which is easier: To look for something that doesn't exist or to look for something that exists already? So, if you believe it exists what's stopping you? You simply don't believe it exists that's all.

It's your Passive work that empowers your Hard work to produce.

"He that seeketh, findeth" (Matt. 7:7-8).

It is a guarantee because it was existing before you thought about seeking it; but if you are not Certain it is available you will be discouraged.

It's time to be certain about the things you are Working Hard for?

Build Your Passive Work ethics.

You will not fail!

REDEFINING YOUR CIRCUMSTANCE 4

"...And we know that ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD to them that love God..." Rom. 8:28 KJV (Paraphrase are author's).

It's important we learn to embrace adversity; because in times of adversity and change, we truly discover who we are.

Had Joseph not embraced the Prison, he probably would not have been sensitive enough to relate with his inmates, who later turned out to be the link for his release.

Had Ruth not embraced her widow hood, she wouldn't have been diligent enough to continuously do long hours in Boaz's farm for her to be noticed by Boaz.

It doesn't matter, what the situation is at the moment, I dare you to embrace it and be proactive.

Have you been fired, embrace your new economic status and be proactive; have you just lost an investment, embrace your new status and be proactive.

Hardships they say, prepare ordinary people for extra ordinary destinies.

You might not appreciate sound Financial Management until you go broke for a while and no one is coming for your rescue.

There is a part of you that will never be realised until Pain and adversity dwell with you for a while.

Sometimes pain is an instructional tool to correct certain degrees of deep seated foolishness you have been abiding by all along.

Pain introduces you to a new school of discipline, which automatically empowers you to start cultivating certain principles that you will need for the days ahead.

It's time to make the most of your pain; allow your pain to drive you into greatness not into pity party.

Pain is a potential teacher, it is also a potential raw material with which to build a pleasurable future.

Until you embrace your pain and be proactive, you cannot successfully REDEFINE YOUR CIRCUMSTANCE.

You will not fail!

Good morning and Happy New Week!

UP YOUR PERSONAL EXPECTATIONS: DEMAND DYNAMICS 3

When you take a good look at yourself, with everything you are going through and have been through in life...are you still hopeful? Do you really think that goal/dream/Vision is still within your reach? Do you still EXPECT yourself to reach it?

Your past or present circumstance is only as powerful to stop you to the degree of powerlessness of your hopefulness and Personal Expectation.

How Powerful is your Hopefulness?

He was called the Dreamer: Joseph had specific and clear dreams about whom he was going to be in the future; however, he had the experience of Slavery, wrongful imprisonment but with his sense of Hopefulness still alive ...he dared speak to his guys..."when you go back out there tell your boss, Pharaoh about me".

The Favour he asked from his fellow inmates at their release had nothing to do with his release but had everything to do with his boyhood dreams.

He saw clearly everyone (the sun and the moon and the eleven stars) bowing before him...

Ruth had a dream of being a loving wife and mother; and then suddenly death struck...attempting to deny her of that dream and soon she became a widow.

But why would a widow stick around and still follow her bereaved widowed mother-in-law into a strange land? I call it the "Audacity of Hope". She faithfully served her mother-in-law but with her eyes opened.

When Boaz showed up, she was guided accordingly and had her matrimonial dreams fully restored.

Why are you giving your past so much power to stop your colourful future?
Do you allow the pain of yesteryears to blur your vision of a bright and colourful tomorrow?

Set yourself free...deliver yourself from that emotional prison.

You have made the 299th unsuccessful application, so what? Make the 300th one.

Your last business failed and you lost money...so what? Listen up, start a new one.

I don't care how many failures or setbacks you have had...it's not a good enough excuse to pack up and live below your original dream/vision.

You will not fail!

Good morning and Happy New Week!
