Your life is like a Nation and everything you are involved in are like institutions of that Nation and guess what...You are the Prime Minister or the President. 

If your Nation is failing economically it is because you have not built that sector of your Nation. If your industries are failing it's as a result of lack of working knowledge. 

Haven't you observed...an underdeveloped Nation attracts less investors...so also an underdeveloped individual attracts less opportunities. 

There is a place for prayer, there is a place for fasting, there is also a place for miracles but none of these will be a substitute for practically building up your life. 

The Tower of Babel didn't go up by Prayers, yet they were so pragmatic in their approach that God came down to stop them. [Gen. 11:6].

It's time to settle down and look inwards...see areas of your life that needs attention. Go for relevant trainings, go online and educate yourself...do whatever it takes to build yourself. 

An underdeveloped CEO will ruin his business venture. Next to a system that appears not to be working is an ignorant/underdeveloped operator. 

When you build up yourself, the things around and the things you are responsible for are also affected; when you decide not to commit to continuous Personal Development, soon everything around you begins to experience stagnation. 

What you are yet to see in your life is what you are yet to grow into; and what you are yet to grow into is what you don't deserve.

UP YOUR PERSONAL EXPECTATIONS: DEMAND DYNAMICS 4

What do you do when people don't expect anything outstanding from you? What do you do when experts and analysts have finalised your case and call it a dead case?

Among many other things...

You don't have to go searching for the meanings of the adjectives they have used to qualify you; you don't have to hate yourself or hate those who have shared their opinion about your abilities and capabilities. 

This is something you can do...

RISE ABOVE everyone's expectations and that includes you too! 

If they say all you can give is 100%, reintroduce yourself in your next performance by delivering 150%. 

There are some women in scriptures I admire so much; the 5 Daughters of Zelophehad. 

According to the instruction given to Moses by God, the lands were to be shared according to the census of males in every clan; now because Zelophehad had no sons, his daughters weren't counted, therefore weren't qualified for any inheritance but Guess what...

Mahlah, Noah, Hoglah, Milcah and Tirzah (The 5 daughters of Zelophehad Num. 27) affirmed their rights with dignity and negotiated their inheritance. They came to Moses and Moses went to God. God saw the wisdom in their claim and instructed Moses to appoint them the inheritance of their father although he had no sons; and also established a new law in Israel for cases similar to that of these 5 amazing women. 

What are some of the things you have been told you...Can't Have? Can't Do?

There is nothing wrong about people's perception of what you are capable of..the only thing wrong is when you confirm they are right by under-performing.

UP YOUR PERSONAL EXPECTATIONS: DEMAND DYNAMICS 2

The expectation you have of any product, determines the type of demand you place on that product. 

When you look at a ripened orange, what do you expect? Water?  When you look at a tap in your kitchen, what do you expect? Juice?  

Every orange is loaded with juice, but the amount of juice you will enjoy from it is a function of the degree of squeeze/pressure applied on the orange. 

Talking about the orange does not release the juice; making the orange look special and colourful does not produce the juice; placing the orange beside other fruits does not produce the Juice either. 

It will only take a direct squeeze.

Your life is like an orange loaded with heavy and juicy potentials for greatness at any venture but how much squeeze are you applying on yourself. 

Talking so much about what you can do, does not release your full potential; appearing and looking presentable does not release your potential; hanging out with those already living their dreams doesn't release your potential; connecting with great people on Social Media will not release your potential...the only way to release that greatness inside of you is to...

Squeeze yourself 

Friends the path of ease and continued comfort leads to nowhere...as a matter of fact it leads to pain and massive discomfort. 

What do you expect of yourself this week? What do you expect of yourself this month? What corresponding demand are you placing on yourself as a true indication of your expectation? 

No body ever realised their dreams by "Chilling and Hanging Out". 

A business has a potential to make £1m in its first year does not translate to an account statement of £1m. It takes work...hard work to convert every potential to a reality. 

Go...Work...Squeeze...Enough of the Chilling...because...the world is waiting for your Juice.

UP YOUR PERSONAL EXPECTATIONS: DEMAND DYNAMICS 1

The expectations we have about ourselves and our abilities will always determine how much we will accomplish in life.

When you tell a consumer, "this product is Versace" the consumer knows what to expect. When you tell a Gadget enthusiast, "this Laptop is an Apple product" there is an expectation. These customers will buy these products and immediately begin to place functional demands on the Product. 

Now, you are a Product from God...I mean you were originally designed in heaven by God and Packaged  to come via your parents; if you so believe in a man made product, why can't you believe in a God-made Product?

Let me show you the uniqueness of this Product called You:

1. "...for "You" have the mind of Christ..." 1 Corith. 2:16

2. "...God has not given "You" the spirit of fear...but of Power...and of a Sound Mind..." 2 Tim. 1:7

When will you start placing functional demands on your Mind? 

Friend, You are not a nobody...You were not created to just journey this earth without making a difference. The seal "God-Made" is a stronger brand than Versace, Armani, Louis Vuitton, Tommy Hilfiger, etc. 

To have little dreams shows how much value you have placed on this God-Made brand - You. 

To place little or no demand on that "Sound Mind" of yours is you under-utilising the Manufacturer's product. 

Who else should make news headlines if not you?

Who else should be a blessing to this generation if not you?

It's time to believe in what God made, God made you...and he did not make a "failure". 

An Aircraft was made to Fly, but until you place the appropriate demand on its functionality, it will remain grounded.
